Easy weighloss Dr Oz Yacon Syrup Review

The Yacon Diet
Yacon Root: A completely new and exciting way to help manage your weight

Yacon root has been hitting the headlines recently, as the new kid on the block with regards to weight loss supplements. But what is it, where does it come from and does it work? Let’s have a closer look.

Yacon, a plant native to the Andes mountains in South America, was used for centuries in Peru by the Incas and is still eaten for its nutritional properties today.

In Bolivia, yacón roots are eaten by those suffering from diabetes and digestive problems, while in Brazil, the dried leaves are made into yacon tea, which is also said to be anti-diabetic.

Yacon root is very sweet thanks to it being made up of nearly fifty percent FOS (fructooligosaccharide). Because the body cannot process FOS, it travels through your digestive system without leaving any sugar for your body to absorb later on.

The FOS also contains large amounts of fiber and the roots and leaves contain high levels of polyphenols, a type of antioxidant known to prevent heart disease and certain other serious diseases from developing.

The latest studies have proven that yacon root can suppress hunger pangs and thus decrease calorie intake, along with boosting metabolism to boost burning of calories to encourage fast body weight reduction.

The University of São Paulo in Brazil conducted studies in 2007 which showed that consumption of yacon root could help ensure healthy bones and protect against osteoporosis. This is thanks to the high levels of fructans it contains, which are known to assist the body to absorb minerals, in particular calcium, which helps to increase bone density.

In a study by Genta et al. it was shown that a daily intake of yacon produced a significant decrease in body weight, waist circumference and body mass index when given to obese pre-menopausal women.

Although not a clinical study, Dr. Oz recorded the findings of his experiment in which 29 out of 40 women lost weight by adding yacon to their diet, without any other changes to their daily habits.

• 73% of the 60 participants lost weight

• 14 of the women lost 5 pounds or more

• The average weight loss was 2.9 pounds.

• They lost an average of 1.9 inches around their waists.

• The total pounds that were lost between all of the women was 153 pounds.

• 68 % of the participants would recommend Yacon to help lose weight.

Yacon certainly offers a new and exciting way to help you reach your weight loss goals. By taking it before meals, you can ensure your blood sugar levels will be steady, it will feed the good bacteria in the colon and supply high quality soluble fibre for healthy digestion.

And of course, Yacon can be used as a healthy natural sweetener which won’t translate to extra pounds on the scales.

So what’s the best way to get your Yacon?

How not to feel hungry on your fast days
We’re so used to eating that it can be odd or even alarming when our appetite kicks in.
Allowing yourself to experience hunger – and to see how little food it takes to feel full again – is a huge help in taking control of your eating.
It’s also easier to say no to cake or a glass of wine when you know you can have it tomorrow, unlike a normal diet, which can feel like a very long punishment.
Distract yourself with sparkling water, black coffee or herbal tea, or even exercise. The pangs come in bursts but they will subside if you ignore them. Fasting has powerful effects on your brain, your mood and your attitude to food.
See Fast Days as a mini-break for your body, not to mention reak ion from cooking. Eventually the ’restriction’ of a Fast Day begins to feel more like a ‘liberation’ from worrying about food.
from cookin Fast Day beg from worryin When eat, re make pas When you do feel like you just have to eat, remember how bloated some foods make you or how bad you felt in the past after overindulging.
Remember that your body is using this ‘fast’ time to heal and cleanse. With time it should get easier and easier to do.

Weight Loss Diet Pills - Do They Work

Weight loss diet pills, what are they, do they work, do I need them, which one should I choose there are so many. These are all questions thousands of people ask every day, and its not surprising when you consider the amount of weight loss pills on the market. the main thing to consider here is to make sure you buy a reputable brand with a proven track record from a reputable supplier as there are many fakes out there. Most brands have a standard selling price and regardless of where you buy them from the price should not differ by more than a couple of pound, if it does BEWARE as with all top selling brands of anything if it is making money there will be copies and weight loss diet pills are no different as the weight loss industry is a multi million pound industry world wide.

What are Weight Loss Pills

What are weight loss pills, weight loss pills are designed to help you lose weight by one form or another and are either chemicals or herbal, chemical ones would generally be only available via prescription and herbal ones available anywhere hence fakes and the reason to buy from a reputable source.
Types of Diet Pill
Weight loss pills tend to come in 4 types Fat Burner Fat Binder Hunger Suppressant Carb blockers Fat Burners are a mix of herbal ingredients designed to speed up your metabolism and burn more calories, most of them contain the active ingredients capsicum (cayenne pepper) and caffeine amongst other things. As with all diet pills they are recommended with sensible eating habits and exercise. Exercise is the best form of weight loss but these diet pills are a great kick start to get you on the right track and once you are exercising on a regular basis and achieved your ideal weight you can stop with the diet pills as long as you stick to your exercise programme. If you just use diet pills alone and then stop you will put your weight back on so they are to be used as a tool to get quicker results with your exercise regime. The best selling fat burner at the moment are phen375 which as been a market leader since 1997 with a proven track record but there are many copies on ebay and so is best bought direct from phen here, phen375 is a fat burner and appetite suppressant so does 2 in 1 and as many customer testimonials. Fat Binders are designed to stop your body from absorbing all the fat out of your food, the less fat your body absorbs the less of the wrong calories you are taking in which in turn causes a reduction in weight, and most fat burners tend to contain an appetite suppressant as well. Proactol is a clinically tested fat binder and as been popular for a good few years now with media coverage in the tabloids and magazines A new player on the market with good reviews is XLS MEDICAL and is available from Amazon Hunger Suppressants when it comes to appetite control we have all heard of Hoodia Gordonii which as had lots of media coverage and comes from Africa.
